Format and Topics
The Town Hall will address four topics crucial to the future of Twentynine Palms:
• Creating an affordable and sustainable city
• Balancing development with maintenance of our desert ecosystem
• Creating an inclusive community
• What does positive change look like?
The three guest speakers will offer brief introductory remarks before the discussion begins. We’ll allot each topic 25 minutes for public discussion and brainstorming.
Envisioning Our City’s Future, A Twentynine Palms Town Hall is supported by our Desert Trumpet paid subscribers, the Desert Trail, a fee waiver from the CIty of Twentynine Palms Department of Parks and Recreation, and Aha Projects, our fiscal sponsor.
