Tonite the 29 Palms council might approve the USGS study for the SNMP report.
It seems they would like to skip it though it may have bigger ramifications if they do.

Hi Jeff, as far as I know both the City and TPWD support doing the USGS study. I'm not aware of any opposition to doing it, and I personally support initiating this study ASAP.
That said, whether to hastily move forward in 2022 or 2023 on *sewer construction in 29* in the absence of any supporting data from this study -- that's a whole other question.
