City Manager is appointed by the City council, i believe. He seems to have too much power when it comes to budget items.
It seems residents real estate tax dollars are given to many frivolous pursuits and few, if any, dollars are spent on residents concerns.
The Business Improvement District seems to have FAR too much cash on hand and is a loose cannon where that money is doled out to. Our tax dollars shouldn't be spent on businesses whose goal is to put profits in the business owners pockets.
