This is our final update for the local Basin-wide seats up for election. Mail-in ballots are being delivered to USPS on October 7. Otherwise, mark your calendar for November 5 and see you at the polls!!
The Desert Trumpet is planning additional coverage for contests marked with an asterisk (*).

All five candidates have committed to participating in a City Council Candidate Forum on Saturday, September 14, at the Twentynine Palms Community Center and gym in Freedom Plaza. The Forum is hosted by the Desert Trumpet with support from the Desert Trail. Additionally District 2 Candidates are scheduled to appear on the z107.7 Up Close show on September 6.
