Thanks for the deep dive. It's especially illuminating to see the increase in revenue from STRs contrasted with stagnant property tax.

And sales tax doesn’t have a significant increase either, which indicates that all those tourists are not spending in 29. Important because it’s possible the City Manager will propose a sales tax to pay for any shortfall in sewer costs, arguing that it will mostly be paid by tourists.
