I don’t know why 29 palms city doesn’t just stick to the plan? Many people home owners that live in the first wave of the projects would love to see it moved forward .. Many houses were built in the 80’s and it’s time for septic replacements but if 29 goes go sewer money saved to existing home owners.
Lastly although there was an organized objection by some residents it was just a handful of people with no real issues other than smell which has yet to be proven would happen.
