There are many issues facing our city that are far more important than wrestling over residential land use designations (zoning) because existing properties don’t meet the current zoning code. There are hundreds of, maybe thousands of parcels that were legally created but don’t match the underlying zoning. And if they solve this problem, what have they accomplished? Nothing.
